Craft fair and convention pricing calculator

In person there is no marketplace fee, but the table, travel and the day itself are real costs that do not fit in a per-unit calculator. Use this to know the lowest price you can take on a slow afternoon, then set the table price above the 60% mark and keep the day's fixed costs in mind.

Craft fair fees in this calculator

  • No per-unit fee. Card readers (Square, SumUp) charge about 1.5 to 2%; put that in payment processing if most buyers pay by card.
  • Booth, travel and time at the table are per event: divide them by the units you expect to sell to see what they add per unit.
  • Packaging is usually cheaper in person; adjust the packaging line.

Every preset is editable under The sale. Other channels: Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Direct.
